In the world of independent filmmaking, $40K is considered an ultra, ultra low budget, but thanks to the generous contributions of our many donors, we were able to shoot the entire film in two weeks, and complete post production on this budget!
We are currently submitting to film festivals around the world, and seeking distribution for the film. Funding for submission fees, marketing and promotional materials, and legal fees will be required moving forward. We are proudly and gratefully funded by our community, and are continually appreciative of your support!
We are proud to say that we have built an entirely female production team, from our director, to our editor, to our production assistants. We work in an industry severely lacking in female voices, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and do something about it.
